Solution
Leverage the capabilities of the retail platform to programmatically set device-level Device Tags according to the items currently abandoned within the fan’s shopping cart.
Value
Device Tags are device level data, meaning that they can be used to drive reactive personalisation on fan-facing experiences, allowing for reactive marketing and advertising messages to be shown dynamically on the website and app when the Device Tag gets set. By setting a device tag based on frontend triggers from the integrated retail partner, reactive ‘abandoned cart’ messaging and incentives can be surfaced to the fan, such as a discount code to incentivise completing the transaction.
