Cortex is thrilled to announce the appointment of commercial leader Sharon Tuff as its new Vice President of Revenue.
Sharon joins the executive team to lead the company’s sales, partnerships, and marketing functions as Cortex enters a new phase of growth.
Sharon brings an impressive background spanning premium media and elite sports organisations. Beginning her career in media with influential names like The Independent and Channel 4, she transitioned to sport as Head of Commercial Partnerships at the Volvo Ocean Race. This led to successful periods as Head of Global Partnerships Sales at Liverpool FC and most recently as Chief Commercial and Engagement Officer for the FA Wales. Sharon’s expertise is further recognised by her previous membership on the UEFA Marketing Advisory Committee.
In her role as VP, Revenue at Cortex, Sharon will take ownership of all revenue-generating activities, joining a newly formed and dynamic executive team built for Cortex’s next chapter. Reporting to Managing Director Hugo Sharman, Sharon will join VP, Product Tom McGuiness, CTO and co-founder Ciaran Fisher, and Alexandra Kyrke-Smith, whose role changes from VP, Strategy to VP, Operations.
