Update on Cortex Managing Director Appointment

It is with regret that we confirm that Mike Bohndiek will not be taking up the role of Managing Director at Cortex, due to personal reasons.

Whilst Mike has been an advocate about the Company’s cutting-edge, industry-specific, platforms the timing was not right for Mike and his family to take on this role and as such Mike has taken the decision to withdraw at this time.

Mike engaged diligently and strategically in his ramp in time with Cortex, and his input and approach will continue to serve Cortex.

We thank Mike for his efforts and appreciate his well wishes for the future success of the Envision Sport Group and likewise, wish him all the best in the future.
