We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Manager, Product Training to work closely with our direct customers and channel partners in enabling them to get the most from our product suite through comprehensive and engaging training offerings.
The Manager, Product training will identify and address customer and partner training needs, designing and delivering effective programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and evaluating their effectiveness to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities (estimated % of time spent on task)
- Needs Assessment
- Identify and analyze organizational and individual training needs through various methods like performance reviews, surveys, and discussions with stakeholders such as the Director, Customer Success, Sales Team and Channel Teams
- Align the needs assessment and resulting plan with overall business objectives, such as revenue growth and customer / partner satisfaction
- Continually revisit, adapt and refine the needs assessment in reflection of market / customer needs and data-driven, KPI-led, information
- Training Delivery
- Develop, design, and deliver engaging and effective training programs, including creating training materials, presentations, and online modules
- Coordinate and deliver training programs, including organizing logistics, managing schedules, and facilitating training sessions
- Relationship Management (Continuous)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our customer and partner base
- Identify opportunities to grow and expand sales and channel partnership opportunities through training mechanisms
- Sales Enablement and Training (20%)
- Ensure that partners have the skills and knowledge they need to sell the company's products effectively
- Ensure that there are high quality, established training programs that equip partners with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Provide sales tools and resources, such as sales collateral, demos, and presentations
- Ensure partners understand the company's products, value proposition, and competitive landscape
- Performance Management and Optimization (30%)
- Establish metrics and targets to measure training performance and identify areas for improvement
- Set KPIs and targets for training based on the needs assessment, in conjunction with the Director, Customer Success
- Monitor and analyze training performance data to identify trends and opportunities, particularly relating to product adoption and end customer usage
- Implement improvement initiatives to optimize training performance
Candidate Requirements
- Experience
- Experience in developing training programmes for or within a software business
- A deep understanding of software training delivering
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Skills
- A willingness to build a deep knowledge of Cortex products
- A strong communicator who can nuance delivery to meet particular audience needs
- An ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to prioritise on an impact v urgency basis, moving dynamically between projects and workloads with ease
